In 2021, Simon Beale + Associates designed and supervised the complete refurbishment and re-fitting of the Telus International office building in Ballina, Co Mayo.

This stylish and modern look was achieved through the combined creativity and experience of our design team.

In 2022, Simon Beale + Associates was shortlisted for the Interior Architectural project of the year and the Office/Commercial Building project of the year in the Irish Building and Design Awards(IBDA).

The builder on this project was John Healy Construction Ltundertoo
