Residential Development

This development of 6 bespoke housing units was granted planning permission in early 2016. A private development over 3 floors finished in a handmade brick to introduce some exclusivity into the development. Acoustic surveys were completed to ensure the nearby railway line would not impact on the residential amenity of the proposed residents. Construction is expected to commence mid-2016.
