This development consisted of the demolition of an existing motor dealership building and the construction of a three and four storey over basement level retirement/nursing home, consisting of 93 single en-suite bedrooms with ancillary administration and support areas, including a retail unit, an office unit, 14 surface level car parking spaces and 25 car parking spaces at basement level, together with all ancillary landscaping and site works. There are two entrances on Prussia Street, one for surface level access and one for basement level access.
